Founder of Shay Health Hub, Emma is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist with a deep passion for combining herbal medicine, clinical nutrition and comprehensive testing to support long-term health outcomes.
Emma’s approach is evidence-informed, nutrition-centred and highly personalised. She works with clients to better understand the root causes behind their symptoms, using detailed pathology interpretation, functional testing where appropriate, customised treatment plans and targeted supplementation to create practical, achievable strategies.
Her key areas of clinical interest include PCOS, hormone health, fertility, IVF support, pregnancy and postpartum care, skin health and children’s wellness.
Emma is passionate about helping clients feel educated, supported and empowered throughout their health journey. Her goal is to translate complex health information into clear, simple and realistic steps, so clients can understand what is happening in their body and feel confident in their plan.
Alongside clinical practice, Emma brings extensive experience across the natural health industry, including founding supplement company UHEALTH CO, over 10 years managing a busy health clinic, offering mentoring for new practitioners and previously working as a clinical supervisor supporting nutrition students in the final stages of their degree.

This consultation is a phone consult to assess what herbal and nutritional supplements would suit you best to get you on your way to recovery sooner rather than later! Zoe is a Clinical Nutritionist with a strong passion for supporting metabolic health, blood sugar regulation and sustainable lifestyle change through evidence-informed nutrition care.
With a strong family history of type 2 diabetes, Zoe understands firsthand how important proactive health management can be and how overwhelming nutrition advice can feel, even for those working within the health industry. This personal experience has driven her passion for helping clients better understand their bodies, improve their relationship with food and create realistic strategies that support long-term health outcomes.
Her approach focuses on practical, achievable nutrition and lifestyle interventions tailored to the individual. Zoe believes nutrition should feel supportive, sustainable and personalised, not restrictive or overwhelming.
At Shay Health Hub, Zoe works closely with clients to interpret pathology, improve nutritional foundations, support energy and appetite regulation and create clear plans that fit into real life. Her goal is to help clients cut through conflicting health information and feel empowered in managing their health with confidence and clarity.
